Why are these young people so darn lazy?

I own and manage a pizzeria and I am just shocked at how lazy, dishonest and unethical the latest generation of youngsters are. They seem to think they are in the union or something. I do have a couple good youngsters but for the most part they will do anything to get out of working. ANYTHING! Its unbelievable also how dumb they can be. They will lie right to your face. Years ago this was not as much of a problem. What gets me is with everyone slowing down and with me cutting hours.. I get threatended that they will quit. Excuse me.... are you that dumb. Do you have a right to work here. I am not obligated to supply you with constant work for a part time job where you were told this would happen. They all actually think the company would fall apart with out them. What a joke! WTF is up with this new generation and also whats up with this generations parents. Where are they getting their work ethic from...
