What is the power due to the force?

Where is this question from? I'm not convinced it can be properly answered without knowing the incline as this will affect the force with which the block is pressed onto the surface, it will also affect the calculation as - even without friction - some power would be required to lift the block. I am prepared to be proved wrong, but I don't see that this can be answered.
