Your opinion on Fishery Privatization?

I am doing a school project on Tragedy of the Commons and I am supposed to also write something up about Public Opinion on it. So to all you fishermen please give me your opinion on the privatization of the fisheries. Also on your opinion of Tragedy of the Commons in this area. Your input is greatly appreciated :-)
