Does this sound like Crohn's Disease?

Over the past year or so I have had what I thought were internal hemorhoids. They would seem to come and go and weren't painful. I only suffered from itching and/or burning, usually at night, and sometimes while straining while at work (physical labor/lifting) I would have a wet feeling around my sphincter area and have some leakage or drainage...nothing drastic; it just felt like I didn't wipe well enough. I also noticed small amounts of bright red blood on my stool and/or tissue paper. In the past few months it seems to have gotten worse, still no pain, but irritation and I seem to have crater-like ulcers just inside my . I sometimes have mild cramps, usually around the lower left abdomen area, sometimes constipation, and gas occasionally but nothing painful. Sometimes my stool is thinner, somtimes pellet-shaped and other times it's normal...My father has crohn's and that's what I'm thinking it is. I'm scheduled for a doctor's appointment this week.
