Tenor Saxophone Issues!?

i play the tenor sax, i have good tone and all, but my mouthpiec taste GROSSSS!!!! i cant even handle it, i gag when ever i play it. i clean it twice a week but its still grody! i let it sit outon my stand, and its fine, but when i put it in my case, the taste and smell come back! ANY TIPS AT ALL WILL HELP SOO MUCH!!!! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!!!
