Talk Talk pro deal, is it worth getting?

Im thinking of getting the talk talk pro deal including the detail but im confused as it says *Offer only available to new customers ordering Essentials or Pro packages. Free connection cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. So if i get this package including the line rental which costs me £26. 48 per month, will i still get the free conection?
