Severe Back and Neck Pain!!!?

I am in constant pain,and I have been to many doctors had MRI's and Xrays but dont know what they mean nor is the doctor explaining anything to me. I have some straightening of the usual cervical lordotic curvature, Mild broad based disc bulges at C4,C5,and C6.I also have mild degenerative disc changes at L4, L5 and moderate degenerative disc changes at L5-S1. L4-L5 have mild centeral focal disc protrusion and at L5-S1 mild centeral focal disc protrusion that produces mild central c stenosis.I also have Schmorl's nodes in the T5-T9 ociated with mild degenerative disc changes at T6-T7, T7-T8,and T8-T9. Larger disc protrusion at T7-T8 then it saye these findings are consistent with Scheuerrmann Diease.I dont know what any of this means I just want some relief from the pain someone please HELP!!
