Old (building?) computer game?

I need to know an old kiddie game thats probley 8+ years old. You can drive forever with a robot i think. There is a part where you build a town and firetrucks come out and u build the town downstairs with a dog. while driving you p alot of buildboards. at the save screen there are building tools. If someone could tell me the name of the game i would be in their debt eturnily, my son would love it.
