Need sugar glider help please!?

iv had then for about a month and they are not showing any progress at all i got then at 6- 8 months and they were never bonded with! my female will let me hold her with a piece on a cut up t-shirt but not bare handed if i do she jumps away! she will take food from my hands [[ i dont give them treats i use the fruit they are eating that night] but my male wont even do that he bites and is very mean! please help!
