Its been six years why cant i stop thinking about this guy?

We worked together while in high school and now were both in college.. and I still think about him. So far i havn`t found anyone like him.. in terms hes honest, nice, hard working, cute, goal oriented, family oriented ect. we had aot in common, were friends on facebook but we dont talk and we dont work together anymore. He once told me that hes so busy working 2 jobs and going to school that right now he doest have time for a relationship. I also work and go to school but i was willing to try. What should i do? Its been 6 years should i wait for him or try too move on?
