Is this listing a scam?

I checked it out. It could be a scam but I doubt it. I'm sure you will get your wholesale list. The problem is that the seller has listed his item in the wrong area. I logged in and reported it. If you do the same, I'm sure eBay will take a look. If its not taken down, then the listing is at a minimum legit. By the small words at the bottom informing paypal customers that its an intangible wholesale list that they have had problems in the past.
