I like this girl and i don't know what to do?

I like this girl and she is my friend (kinda) and i want to ask her out but i don't wanna risk out friendship for it? Im not that great and she keeps saying she loves me( that her greeting) I positive she doest mean it I have less than 4 hours of face time with her and Ive known her for 2 years.
