How can i do this in an "easy" way?! (homework help) PLEASE! astronomy?!?

ok im a freshmen & i got put into an astonomy cl and its HARD! i need help on this, these are the directions : using your book (which has no info in it by the way), the internet, or any other references, identify the contributions these people and events made to the development of modern astronomical views. include the year of the contributions and create a time line to show the progression of the development of such views. this time line is to be drawn using hand tools, not a computer printout. organization and clean lines is preferred over creativity. this is not a "fancy" ignment. PEOPLE: galieo Galileo, hipparchus, tycho brahe, edmund halley, william herschel, henrietta sharply, percival lowell, veto melvin slipher, albert einstein, giovanni dominico cni,christian huygens, stephen hawking,fred hoyle, thomas gold & herman bondi. NASA Missions: explorer1,pioneer, mars pathfinder, INTERNATIONAL space station, galieo, NASA( founding and purpose),skylab, ulysses. i have tried to find all of the certain things that my teacher wanted but i cannot seem to find what im looking for! and i so need to make a good grade on this ! please help !!!??
