Horrible calf cramp. please help.?

How much do you stretch before and more importantly after each workout? If you feel a ball it's probably just a cramp that needs to worked out. Almost like a trigger point. Use your index finger and slowly mage the center. You'll probably feel it loosening up as you go. I'm guessing you need to be more effective in your after workout stretching on easy days and hard days. See the trainer tomorrow and see what she/he says. Good luck!
