Have Eastern youngsters, 8-12 yr olds capable of kissing,smoking,having ,etc caught up with Westerners??

Asian youngsters and third world youngsters in general have long been much more likely to smoke than westerners. Not sure about kissing and -- I'm guessing that that depends on the particular culture, e.g., Japan is famously loose about ual matters, even between teenagers and adults.
