Best, most reliable form of contraception? Your advice/experiences?

I have heard the minera is very very good, however I have never used it, I live in Australia, I just had my son three months ago and I now use implanon, it lasts for three years, it goes under the skin in your upper arm, I had it before I fell pregnant and it was very effective, no taking pills, you can have it removed and reinserted anytime by your doctor, good luck!
