What happens if I have already taken pain relievers like aspirin, ibuprofen, aleve and I might be pregnant?

Is there a possibilty I harmed the baby? I just started having these really bad tooth aches like last week. I began taking all these pain relievers to help my tooth pain. I may be pregnant because I did not get my period for the whole month of October or now.
