Do we need to take fat-soluble vitamins everyday?

I want to take vitamin e but it's a fat-soluble vitamin. We know that they aculate in the liver and can be toxic. Should I stick with vitamin c(water-soluble)? I want to take antioxidants that are water and fat soluble, but it seems that vitamin e is giving me pimples. It's not a coincidence; it's always like that.
