I have recently incorporated running into my daily exercise routine. As a result I've noticed I get a lot of phlegm built up after I'm done my run. What causes it? Will it settle after a few weeks when I catch some sort of rhythm, or is it completely normal? It's normal color, so I'm not concerned... rather interested to find out what contributes to it's creation. As an aside, I don't have any allergies or athsma.
