Any bton twirler that can help?

I am 15 years old and I have been twirling baton for 9 years now. I know how to do a one-spin and can catch it every time. For some reason I can't get my two-spin. Does anyone have any tips on how to throw the baton or how to spin so that I can catch it? Any tips to help me would be great. I would like to be able to do it by June. THANKS!!!
